Good afternoon!

Just a few quick reminders for this week:

Wednesday, December 19th we will be having our Christmas celebration in our classroom from 2:00-3:00 pm. You are more than welcome to attend this celebration with us, but we do ask that you drive for carpool if you are planning on coming up. I look forward to celebrating such a special time with you and the kids!

Thursday, December 20th, we will be having practice for our Christmas play in the St. Francis High School gymnasium from 8:00-12:00. We ask that students come to practice in PE sweats and shirts, and also bring a snack and water. Please come to the gym to sign your student out at 12:00 pm.

That night will be our performance… please arrive at 6:30 pm to have your students start getting dressed and ready. They should come to the performance dressed in their PE shirt, shorts, and dress shoes. Their costumes will go over their clothes. For girls- please have their hair in a low ponytail (or pulled away from their faces if it is too short for a ponytail) as we will be placing halo’s on their heads. The performance starts at 7:00 pm. Once the performance is over, you must meet your child at our designated area in order to sign them out.

Finally, as a side note, I am not assigning homework this week or over the break to make sure you get to spend the quality time with your families you deserve. However, I do have a fun little winter packet I can send home with your student tomorrow if you would like them to have something to work on over the break. Please email me and let me know if that is something you are interested in.
