Curriculum

In Social Studies/History we will begin studying important figures from the past and present. Eventually, your child will be sent home with a project to complete about a historical figure where they will research and share their favorite thing they learned about this person. Looking forward to sending this home soon!

This week we focus on Past vs. Present in transportation, communication, housing, etc. Feel free to ask your child about what they’ve learned!

In Reading we’ve been focusing on Problem + Solution. Your child is using a big skill (inference) to help them come up with the reason why a solution may come to be.
