Dear Fourth Grade Parents,
I pray you enjoy your summer vacation. I look forward to seeing all of you next year. Please click on the summer homework and supply list for fourth grade, so that you are prepared for the new school year of 2024-2025! Remember God gives us 168 hours in a week and asks us for only one on Sunday. Go to Mass every Sunday and visit Him.

Week November 16-20

November 15, 2020/ Sr. Lena Pinto

Religion: Last week of the Liturgical Year with the Feast of Christ the King next Sunday.

We will introduce the next Unit 4 and Session 16: Sacrament of Reconciliation is based on a number of theological principles: Sin has been a reality since Adam and Eve. God offered Salvation, or the Forgiveness of sins through the Life, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Evil is terrible force, but God's Love is far greater than sin.

Reading: We will continue reading, Patty Reed's Doll Chapter 7, 8. We will do a Research Paper in class on the Monuments passed by the Donner Party.

Read 25 minutes every night.

Vocabulary: We will continue Unit 7, word study, prefixes and words that express feelings. Vocabulary and Dictation of words on Friday.

Grammar: We will be learning Adjectives, Articles.
