Night of the Arts

TK - 2nd Grade

February 26th, 2019 - 7:00 pm

Your child will be performing in Night of the Arts coming up at the end of the month!

In class I will be preparing your child for their performance of a classic Mother Goose Nursery Rhyme. We would love your help preparing them for their performance by practicing with them at home when you have the opportunity!

Each student in our class is responsible for one nursery rhyme that I have assigned to them in class today. Your child’s nursery rhyme/poem is on the page sent home Tuesday.

Kyla - Little Miss Muffet

Dylan - Humpty Dumpty

Raymond - There Was An Old Woman

Sophia - Heigh, Diddle, Diddle

Sawyer - Jack and Jill

Presley - Baa, Baa, Black Sheep

We’re really trying to improve their public speaking and confidence in front of a crowd, so please try to have them memorize their poem (rather than reading off the page) by Friday, February 22nd if you can! :-)
